​Please be aware of the following changes to prescription drug coverages:

 

• Tier 2 medications on all plans have been reduced to a $0 co-pay. This is a change from 2024 when Tier 2 co-pays ranged from $9-$13. 

• If you are enrolled in the Comfort or Choice plan, you will now pay a co-insurance amount of 21% or 25% respectively on refills for Tier 3 drugs. These drugs had a co-pay of $47/month in 2024. The result is that you may be paying more for these drugs, or you may be paying less, versus last year.  

• If you have the Core plan, your co-insurance on Tier 3 drugs has gone up, from 21% to 25%.
