​Please be aware of the following changes to prescription drug coverages:

• You may see increased deductibles in 2025 on Tier 3-5 drugs. 

• You will see slightly higher co-pays on your Tier 2 drugs.

• Cost-sharing for Tier 3 drugs has moved to co-insurance, where you will now pay a percentage of the cost of the drug, versus the flat co-pay amount of $47 per month from 2024.

  • The result of this shift means that you could be paying more for your Tier 3 medications versus 2024, or less, depending on the retail cost of your drug.

  • The cost-sharing will be 17%-25%, depending on the plan.
