There are now deductibles (amounts you will pay at the beginning of the year before your plan starts to cover your prescriptions), as follows:

 

• Plan ending in -0001: $420 deductible Tier 3-5 drugs only

• Plan ending in -0002: $340 deductible Tier 3-5 drugs only

• Plan ending in -0005: $340 deductible Tier 3-5 drugs only
