Milestone Medicare is an independent insurance agency. We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent eight organizations offering 78 products in your area. About Your New Medicare Advantage Coverage:

Congratulations on your new Medicare Advantage health care coverage. Here are some important things to remember:

  • We recommend you set up an online account with your plan carrier. Doing so will give you easy access to plan information, help you find in-network providers, and allow you to access billing information. Visit our partner page, click on your plan carrier's logo, and then click on the MEMBER LOG IN box to set this up.

  • Your plan may include an over-the-counter (OTC) allowance. Contact your plan’s member services department by phone, or log into your plan account, to understand and take advantage of this benefit. Note that not all plans offer OTC.

  • Your plan also includes a fitness benefit.  Many plans also include online fitness classes and/or home equipment. Visit our partner page, click on your plan carrier's logo, and. then click on the FITNESS box to learn more. 

  • Your plan may include dental coverage, as well as an eyewear allowance and hearing aid benefit. Review these extra benefits by visiting our partner page, clicking on your plan carrier's logo, and reviewing the extra benefits options so that you can minimize your out-of-pocket costs related to these services.

  • Your Medicare Advantage plan does not offer sufficient coverage if you travel out of the country. Milestone Medicare can help you secure comprehensive coverage for international travel. To easily enroll in international travel coverage, visit our enrollment site for Global Solutions travel insurance. 

  • You will receive information from your plan carrier each September. This information, known as the Annual Notice of Change (ANOC), will outline plan changes for the coming year. We can meet with you during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) between October 15 and December 7 to review your ANOC and decide if your plan is still the best option for you.
